The project is a residential condominium in Coral Gables, Florida having 146 one and two bedroom units.  The project consisted of the demolition of eight (8) existing buildings, cleaning, earthwork,  paving, drainage, water, sewer, four story CBS structure, complete with kitchens, carpets, special window units, elevators, interior courtyard, pool, etc.

Construction Method:  The specifications designated concrete block walls, cast-in-place, concrete slabs and beams, drywall partitions on metal studs, built-up roofing with concrete tile, stucco exterior, steel and concrete columns.
