GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The “Richmond Connector” refers to:
A six lane, fully controlled access highway from the intersection of Interstate Route 95 (Richmond - Petersburg Turnpike) and Route 150 (Chippenham Parkway) to the proposed Toll Plaza
A four lane, fully controlled access highway between the proposed Toll Plaza to Interstate Route 295
Each with interchanges at major intersecting roadways, suitable for use by the traveling public.The Joint Venture of Condotte America, Inc. and McLean Contracting is providing all labor, supervision, materials and equipment and all incidentals necessary to perform all works for a complete facility.
