The project included demolition of existing buildings at main and sub-plaza and construction  of two new facilities; one  main toll plaza building with three lane toll  booth facilities and one sub-plaza with two lane toll booth facilities.  Each included new buildings with aluminum exterior panels, new drainage system, water and sewer system, paving and signalization. 
On the main plaza a computer room, money and safe room, emergency generator and  security system, were installed.  Maintenance of traffic included work during night hours
