Health Care Plan |

| Condotte bears 75% of the cost of your health care premium for you and 50% for your eligible dependents. |

| Condotte America 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan -- This voluntary plan allows you to save money on a before-tax basis and invest your money in various mutual funds and/or guaranteed savings accounts, as you may desire. Condotte has a generous match plan funded every year. |

Vacation (salary personnel only) |

| |
| One week of vacation is earned after the first year of service. Two weeks of vacation are earned for two to four years of service; three weeks are earned after 5 years of service. |

Holidays (salary personnel and hourly personnel with more than 5 years of service) |

| A minimum of six holidays plus the day after Thanksgiving are observed. |

Bonuses and Salary Increases

All salaried employees are reviewed annually. A Christmas bonus has been paid to each salaried employee each year. Performance bonuses are also frequently given to key employees on those projects that are completed ahead of schedule and under budget. |
