GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This new school project consisted of approximately 300,000 square feet of building area in 12 attached buildings, including Slabs-on-grade, Concrete and Steel Structural Framing, Concrete Masonry and Glass Block Walls, Elevated Slabs-on-Prestressed Concrete Joists, Built-up Roofing, Preformed Metal Roofing, Light Gauge Metal Stud Framing, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Chiller Plant, Intrusion Alarm System, Fire Protection System, Cooling Towers, Utilities, Door and Window Units, Gymnasium, Cafeteria, and Kitchen.
