Core Services

Design-Build

We offer our clients the opportunity for a single point of contact for all phases of the Project life cycle, including planning, design, construction, financing and even commissioning when necessary. Under our design-build delivery approach, MasTec Civil serves as the single point of responsibility for the entire project team - avoiding the inefficiencies that come from selecting individual team members. This approach gives clients everything they need to realize their design and construction vision all under one roof. Our vast experience in Design-Build and Design-Build-Finance includes signature jobs such as the Route 895 Connector in Richmond, Virginia and the SR 826 Palmetto Expressway Section 2 projects.

Bid-Build

Traditional bid-build project delivery is still very much in demand, and MasTec Civil maintains decades of price point data that affords us great advantage during this type of competitive process. Owners can rest assured that regardless of the final project cost, the level of quality and professionalism theyll receive from us will never change. To help add that extra layer of trust under this delivery method, we afford our clients with absolute transparency on all project costs - giving our clients the peace of mind that their investment is being well cared for. Among the numerous jobs delivered thru this method, is our first signature project, the Acosta Bridge in Jacksonville, FL and our recently completed SR874 Killian Parkway Interchange Improvements Project in Miami, FL.

Public-Private-Partnerships

Our capacity to offer P3 solutions is driven by our uniquely collaborative approach; fusing client/owner objectives with our professional expertise and partnership philosophy. Todays world presents financial and logistical challenges at every turn that can only be addressed through the unique approach afforded by the public-private-partnership solution. MasTec Civil has a proven track record of successfully building innovative partnership solutions that improve the communities in which we live and work, and effectuate superior returns for our partners. In the United States, we have pursued and participated in several P3 projects including the Conway Bypass Project in South Carolina and the Route 895 Richmond Connector in Virginia. Every P3 job we undertake is a promise to the community of our commitment to enduring quality, public safety, and unparalled excellence.

Pre-Construction Services

Our pre-construction services ensure that our clients projects are in line with real-world market conditions and constructability methods. We analyze and evaluate, make recommendations for alternatives that maximize end results, and offer expert advice to the client that significantly reduce cost, improve delivery time, and mitigate waste. As a result of this early collaboration, MasTec Civil is able to consider materials, systems, schedules and other construction elements to maximize efficiencies without impacting the form or function of the project. The result - significant opportunities to reduce cost and improved schedule flow.
